E-Commerce Expert (OR-00466)

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Expert with deep knowledge of eBay, Walmart, and Amazon platforms to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales operations, ensuring our LED lighting products are effectively listed, marketed, and sold on these platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in product listings, advertising campaigns, customer service, and performance tracking on these platforms.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience managing and optimizing product listings on eBay, Walmart, and Amazon.
• In-depth knowledge of the eCommerce landscape and platform-specific algorithms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with LED lighting products or related industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in using eCommerce tools and software such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with international eCommerce, particularly for US-based companies.
• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics related to eCommerce.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings on eBay, Walmart, and Amazon, ensuring they align with the latest platform guidelines and SEO best practices.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop strategies to drive traffic and increase sales, including promotions, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.
• Campaign Management: Set up and manage PPC campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Products, eBay Promotions, Walmart Ads) to maximize product visibility and ROI.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction on all platforms.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that product listings are up-to-date and there is no stock-out or overstocking on any platform.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of product listings, advertising campaigns, and sales strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to management.
• Platform Compliance: Ensure all products comply with platform regulations and guidelines for eBay, Walmart, and Amazon.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest trends in eCommerce for LED lighting products.

• Job Timings: An evening shift follows the US-EST time zone.
• Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
• Remote Working: In the case of the remote, a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup) will be arranged by the candidate.
