We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and financial team. The ideal candidate will assist in organizing bookkeeping processes, evaluating financial budgets, and preparing financial documents. This role requires accuracy, financial acumen, and experience with NetSuite.
Assist accounting and finance professionals in creating and editing financial documents.
Organize the company's bookkeeping processes.
Track expenses and evaluate financial budgets.
Prepare and report financial presentations.
Reconcile financial records, including incoming and outgoing transactions.
Minimum Associate degree required.
At least three years of experience in full A/R and A/P.
Minimum three years of experience with NetSuite.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial services and principles.
Excellent financial acumen with strong data analysis skills.
Solid knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
