About the Role:
Sitecore is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director or Vice President, Analyst Relations to lead and elevate our engagement with the industry’s most influential analysts. In this role, you will develop and execute a world-class Analyst Relations (AR) strategy, fostering strong relationships with key analysts at firms like Gartner and Forrester to shape Sitecore’s market perception and influence category leadership.
What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts covering digital experience platforms (DXPs), content management systems, digital asset management, commerce, and related technology landscapes
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AR strategy to enhance Sitecore’s positioning in industry research, reports, and evaluations
  • Manage key analyst engagements, including inquiries, briefings, strategy days, and participation in vendor assessments
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment and readiness for analyst interactions
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive insights, translating analyst feedback into strategic recommendations for Sitecore
  • Drive executive engagement with analysts to reinforce Sitecore’s vision, differentiation, and innovation roadmap
  • Own key analyst reports and evaluations, ensuring Sitecore delivers compelling, data-driven submissions
What You Need to Succeed:
  • 10+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, with a deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape
  • Strong existing relationships with analysts at Gartner, Forrester, and other industry research firms covering DXP, CMS, DAM, commerce, and AI-driven marketing technologies
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Magic Quadrants, Waves, and other analyst evaluations
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into compelling narratives
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • Ability to influence at the executive level and collaborate across functions
