Job description

Location: United Kingdom  - Remote, with frequent weekly travel to London

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 


The Role:

As a Paid Social Specialist within our Paid Social Team, you will play a key role in scaling our paid social offering. You will be responsible for executing and optimising high-performing paid social campaigns that amplify influencer-driven content, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and conversions for our clients. Collaborating closely with our strategy and influencer teams, you will craft holistic media plans that integrate seamlessly with broader marketing initiatives. You will also be expected to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to the continued expansion of our paid social services.


The Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels.

  • Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to boost influencer content through paid media, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

  • Work closely with the strategy team to develop holistic media plans that align with client objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand paid social services to existing and prospective clients.

  • Analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social and the creator economy.

  • Work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, taking a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • Based in or near London, due to frequent client travel required.
