In this particular role, you will primarily help your lead recruiter with interviewing and assessing candidates.

Schedule:

Full-time: hours depend on your timezone

Pay Range:

$800-$1200 monthly based on experience

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or agency environment
Proven track record of successfully hiring for remote roles, particularly executive assistants
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced proficiency in tools like G Suite, Notion, and ATS platforms (experience with ChatGPT is a plus)
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and improving recruitment metrics
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity

Technical Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
A modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher/equivalent).
Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.
A noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
