Job description

A Customer Opinion Research Analyst gathers and interprets data on customer satisfaction and customer feedback for the business. As a Customer Opinion Research Analyst, your job duties include collecting customer feedback from multiple sites and platforms, analyzing data, and creating reports in a requested format. Customer Opinion Research Analyst is a role where you efficiently gather customers feedback, you are confident at data gathering, categorization, monitoring, and reporting.

Contract type: Full-Time

Service opening: Mon-Sun: 08:00-17:00

Work mode: remotely: Anywhere nationwide (within Hungary)

Requirements

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for reading and manual categorization of customer comments in English

• Searching the Internet for information about software problems

• Daily reporting

• Data analysis and preparation of clear summaries in the PPT

• Market research, product comparison, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
