Are you an experienced closer who has closed in the fitness industry? At Redefining Strength, we’re selling more than a workout or nutrition plan. We're creating a movement for women ready to stop chasing perfection and start building the strong, capable, best version of themselves they know they can be.

Right now, we’re looking for a high-performing Program Advisor who’s more than a closer. We want someone who can listen as deeply as they can sell—someone who can spot the fire in a woman’s voice and help her turn that spark into action.

What you'll do:

Have Real Conversations: You’ll speak with women on the phone, hosting 45-minute conversations to help them decide if Redefining Strength is the right program for them.

Close With Confidence: Use our proven system (no cold pitching here) to enroll qualified leads into our high-ticket VIP program. You’ll remove barriers and guide them to a clear decision.

Own Your Results: This role is performance-based. Your hustle, your heart, your results = your paycheck. If you like showing up and going through the motions, this role isn't for you. You'll be expected to hit and surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Manage Leads: This is an inbound role. Calls will be scheduled on your calendar, but you will be expected to follow up and keep an organized pipeline.

Show Up: You’ll be expected to stay sharp on our offering, align every sale with our mission, and maintain a professional presence every time you show up for a call.
