Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to learn and develop within the customer support sector.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A friendly and enthusiastic demeanor paired with a customer-first approach.
