Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to French clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to better assist customers
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers
  • Ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude and a solution-focused approach
