Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an entry-level position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Care representative within our Online Shopping Platforms Department located in beautiful Greece.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for e-commerce and customer service.

As a Customer Care representative, you will assist our Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our online shopping platforms. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to online orders, products, payment, and delivery
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of each case
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support software is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in online shopping and e-commerce is advantageous
