- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries and tour packages.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of tourist destinations, travel regulations, and package details.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer management system.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Actively seek feedback from customers to improve services and offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
