  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving customer issues.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in the local culture.
