Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and proficiency in English
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and online retail platforms
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new living environment with free relocation support
