  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather information and resolve complex queries.
  • Stay updated on public transport policies, services, and fare changes to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the public transport service.
