Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect to play a strategic role in shaping technical excellence, driving innovation, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. This role blends hands-on architecture, leadership, and client collaboration, making it a key driver of both project success and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Oversight & Governance

• Take full technical ownership of up to 5 active projects simultaneously.

• Ensure all solutions align with best practices, maintaining high performance, scalability, and security.

• Track and monitor project health, ensuring quality benchmarks are met and preventing client-facing escalations.

• Lead technical resolution efforts in case of complex challenges or escalations.

Discovery & Solution Design

• Lead discovery phases, deeply understanding client business needs and translating them into robust technical solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders to define architecture and solution design.

• Evaluate architectural trade-offs, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective.

• Apply modern best practices including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Serverless, and Clean Architecture.

Pre-Sales & Consulting

• Support pre-sales activities by shaping technical solutions, providing architecture guidance, and participating in client pitches.

• Develop high-level architecture proposals, effort estimations, and risk assessments.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for prospective clients, guiding them on technical strategy.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Mentor and guide engineering teams, ensuring consistency in design patterns, code quality, and delivery methodologies.

• Promote best practices across development, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Architect or Lead Engineer in a consultancy or product-driven environment.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Frontend: React.js

  • Backend: Python, Node.js

  • Mobile: Flutter

  • DevOps: Infrastructure automation, containerization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Kubernetes: Orchestration, management, best practices

  • QA & CI/CD: Automated testing, pipelines, and release strategies

Architectural Leadership:

• Deep understanding of architectural patterns & principles, including:

  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

  • Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture

  • Serverless & Clean Architecture

Soft Skills & Business Impact:

• Strong communication skills for internal alignment and client-facing collaboration.

• Experience leading discovery stages and technical pre-sales activities.

• Passion for AI-powered development tools and emerging technologies.
