About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Salesforce Developer to maintain, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce Lightning platform. You’ll work closely with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to build scalable automations, integrations, and workflows that support key business initiatives.
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for an experienced Salesforce developer who wants meaningful, steady work with scheduling autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain custom Salesforce Lightning solutions using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Support and optimize Salesforce integrations with systems including NetSuite, HubSpot, Outreach.io, Gainsight, and CPQ tools
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Create and update documentation for custom development, automations, and integrations
Ensure data accuracy, scalability, and system performance across the platform
Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and implement fixes in a timely, collaborative manner
Partner with RevOps on configuration, user enablement, and automation strategy
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Expertise with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, SOQL, and Flow Builder
Experience with Salesforce integrations and API usage
Strong understanding of Salesforce data structure, security models, and automation tools
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II or Admin certs are a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with NetSuite, HubSpot, Outreach.io, Gainsight, and CPQ tools
Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success operations
Background in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments
Schedule & Commitment
~10–20 hours per week depending on needs and availability
Flexible schedule, fully remote
Long-term need with opportunity for additional projects over time
