At Amplemarket, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the way B2B sales teams operate. Our HumanxAI  sales platform combines automation, data, and AI-driven insights to help companies identify, engage, and convert their ideal customers. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a GTM Strategy Sr. Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team.

This role is pivotal in shaping our data-driven culture. You will be responsible for not only building trusted reporting and analytics for all Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, but also for enabling our teams with predictive models, AI-driven insights, and strategic analysis that inform our company’s direction and help drive sustainable revenue growth.

 

You will:

  • Drive Insights & Strategy
    Conduct in-depth analyses and build ad-hoc reports that surface key trends and business drivers, informing strategic decisions for leadership and cross-functional partners. Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Inform Business Forecasting & Planning
    Support regular planning processes by conducting forecasts, scenario analyses, and revenue modeling. Partner with GTM leaders to set targets, track performance, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop Predictive & Scoring Models
    Leverage advanced analytics to build and maintain predictive scoring models that help identify revenue opportunities and optimize pipeline management. Help GTM teams focus on the highest-value activities, informed by data.
  • Advance AI & Automation
    Apply AI and other emerging technologies to automate data-heavy processes and create greater visibility into actionable data insights. Build and refine analytics frameworks that enable real-time insights, supporting faster and more efficient decision-making.

 

About you:

  • Experience & Expertise
    • 3+ years in data analysis, strategic consulting, revenue operations, or a related field—preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
    • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation within large datasets; familiarity with BI platforms 
    • Demonstrated experience building and leveraging predictive models to drive actionable insights
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Data Engineering teams
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—adept at presenting insights that influence executive decision-making
  • Strategic Mindset
    • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and GTM processes
    • Forward-thinking approach, with the ability to identify emerging trends and propose innovative solutions using AI and advanced analytics
    • Comfort in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with the ability to prioritize effectively and adapt as business needs evolve
