As SVP of Product, you will play a critical role in executing on this mission by delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions that empower organizations to create fair and competitive workplaces.
In this role, you will translate strategy into action, working cross-functionally to develop, launch, and optimize products that help customers make smarter, more equitable decisions. You will focus on driving execution, ensuring roadmap alignment, and delivering measurable impact.
This role is ideal for an execution-driven product leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has experience leading product teams in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, compensation, compliance, or people analytics.
