Salesforce Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)

Job Summary:

This role demands proficiency in analytical business acumen and consulting experience in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and technological capabilities to drive solution design
  • Capture customer stories and anticipate their business needs
  • Leverage organizational knowledge and collaboration to optimize customer solutions 
  • Define and drive testing plans
  • Facilitate evaluation sessions for clients and confirm feature applications to business needs
  • Master prioritization techniques that enable Agile development
  • Lead delivery of features for customers within larger projects
  • Act as the contact point on customer interactions to develop client relationship skills
  • Take responsibility for proposing and delivering customer solutions
  • Continue learning and expanding your expertise within the Salesforce platform
  • Partner with team leaders for mentorship to continue honing your skills
  • Develop project management skills to enable leading entire projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • At least 3 Active Salesforce Certifications + willingness to achieve 5 active Salesforce certifications within your first 6 months of employment
    • Required:
      • Salesforce Certified Administrator
      • Salesforce App Builder
      • Salesforce Business Analyst
    • Preferred:
      • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
      • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
      • Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
      • Salesforce Advanced Administrator
      • Salesforce Certified AI Associate
      • Salesforce Certified AI Specialist
  • Willingness to achieve additional certifications on emerging technologies as required per role
  • Solution and project management-oriented 
  • Experience with office applications and working with basic to advanced formulas in programs such as Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work.
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations.
  • Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal.
