We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Webflow Developer (Back-End), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Webflow websites based on provided wireframes and design prototypes.
  • Implement back-end functionality, integrations, and optimizations within Webflow.
  • Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and security best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of website builds.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Webflow.
  • Stay up to date with Webflow’s latest features and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Webflow experience is a must.
  • Proven experience working with Webflow, including CMS collections, animations, and interactions.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations, APIs, and Webflow-specific development tools.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
  • Ability to translate design wireframes into functional Webflow pages.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

It´s a Plus:

  • knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier and integrations with platforms such as HubSpot or Airtable.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position as a part time (20H/W) varies from (USD) $400 - $800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
