About the Role:

As an Enablement Program Specialist, you will support the maintenance and development of our internal knowledge base by creating, updating, auditing, and tracking content to ensure it aligns with organizational needs. You will assist in the rollout of new features, SOPs, processes, and designs related to the knowledge base. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will help develop training materials such as presentations, playbooks, guides, videos, and e-learning modules tailored to various teams' needs.

Additionally, you will manage and administer our eLearning LMS, and support the Program Manager and Senior Enablement Program Specialist in daily project activities, including the planning, execution, and tracking of enablement initiatives to align with business objectives. You will generate data reports using spreadsheets to inform decision-making and track progress. Partnering with stakeholders like Sales, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations, you will help align enablement initiatives with business goals and product launches. Staying updated on industry trends, you will contribute to enhancing enablement programs and implementing AI tools for optimization.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of enablement initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the management and administration of the eLearning LMS.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to assist in creating training materials, including presentations, playbooks, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Document and communicate procedures, best practices, and results for leaders and sales teams, while tracking progress and optimizing the Knowledge Base based on feedback.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations to support the alignment of enablement initiatives with business objectives and product launches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales, customer success, and partner enablement, and assist in identifying and implementing relevant AI tools for planning, execution, and process optimization.
What We're Looking For:
  • A passion for sales and learning development with some experience in Instructional Design.
  • Experience in managing content and knowledge bases (CMS), with familiarity in administering LMS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent speaking, interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage structured days.
  • A tech-savvy individual with familiarity with SaaS and sales enablement technologies, methodologies, processes, and best practices, including familiarity with Slack, Asana, Google Suite, and other prominent AI & Project Management Tools.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
