About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive successful adoption and implementation of our API. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical aptitude, and collaboration with Sales and Customer Success to facilitate smooth implementations and go-live transitions. You'll be the primary technical resource for clients, providing expert API support pre- and post-sales.

What you’ll do

  • Accelerate deals

    • Join sales and success calls to share technical know-how

    • Translate complex API concepts into simple terms for any audience

  • Guide seamless integrations

    • Proactively help clients set up, test and optimize their API usage

    • Set clear timelines, remove roadblocks and ensure a smooth go-live

  • Provide ongoing support

    • Own dedicated Slack integration channels, offering real-time assistance

    • Troubleshoot code-level issues and solve API problems to keep everything on track

You have

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role (growth-stage experience preferred).

  • A blend of technical understanding and strategic sales skills.

  • The ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and approachable way.

  • The ability to independently assess and solve API integration issues, working alongside both internal teams and clients.

  • Proficiency reading and debugging code.

  • A drive to manage tasks independently and push deals forward.
