Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Developer / Support Technician to join our team and assist with both technical support and software development. This role involves providing first-level support for client computers and our software platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience. In addition, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our software, written in C#, by working on new features and resolving bugs.

This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their technical skills while gaining hands-on experience in both software development and IT support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to client computers and software.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate software bugs and technical problems as needed.
  • Develop and implement new features within the C# software platform.
  • Collaborate with the development team to improve software performance and usability.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and development changes.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in C# development, with an understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in diagnosing technical support issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with C# and .NET development, either through schooling or work experience
  • Experience with SQL or SQL-like languages.
  • Experience with networking and the Windows operating system
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with clients
