The Accounting Executive for Radiometer is responsible for accounting and financial responsibilities that drive significant impact to the organization.

This position is part of the <insert name of department/use job family name> located in Istanbul and will be fully remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Finance Team and report to the Finance Manager responsible for managing financial and accounting processes. If you thrive in a multifunctional, leading and supporting role and want to work to build a world-class finance organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Monitoring and reporting cash, bank, and check transactions.
  • Overseeing all payment processes.
  • Tracking and reporting export commitments.
  • Managing, executing, and reporting tax processes.
  • Preparing and submitting e-ledger statements.
  • Supervising and completing audit processes.
  • Ensuring all necessary records are entered into accounting software.
  • Completing reconciliation processes.
  • Performing and reporting month-end closing activities.
  • Recording and reporting stock costs.
  • Executing and reporting depreciation records.
  • Issuing, reporting, and recording invoices reflecting group company costs.
  • Monitoring personnel expense processes and ensuring payments are made.
  • Opening dealer and customer accounts, setting credit limits, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Reviewing orders in the RSS (Radiometer Order System) and approving payments for completed orders.
  • Managing and motivating other members of the finance team.
  • Monitoring and implementing regulatory changes.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budget planning.
  • Providing management with accurate and timely financial reports.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 8+ years of accounting experience in a similar environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Advanced English is a must other languages is an asset
  • Professional Microsoft Excel and ERP knowledge
  • Expert in tax
  • Experience in Management Reporting  , Budget and Financial Operations
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment whilst still maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Strong written, and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile and help out, sees challenges as opportunities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – list specifics % travel, overnight, within territory or locations

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Expert in Logo
  • Background with US GAAP, Turkey GAAP, or IFRS
