The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
RTX has an opening for Manager Business Systems and Transformation. We are seeking a skilled and experienced person to join our digital organization to support our Raytheon Business Finance and Manufacturing Systems.
This is a pivotable role in support of Raytheon and Enterprise Services Applications. Your expertise collaborating across digital and functions workstreams, design and configuration and communication will be essential to the ongoing support of our SAP environment. This position requires strong technical proficiency specifically aligned to Procurement and Materials Management.
What You Will Do:
Perform as a Digital Technology Analyst supporting Supply Chain Procurement processes within existing SAP ERP Systems (APEX and PRISM) to include:
Process design
SAP software configuration
System testing
End user training
Production System Support
SAP ALE/Idoc Processing
Work with Business Unit user groups to:
Coordinate User Group requests
User Acceptance testing
Maintaining Enterprise Support Materials
Create Functional Specifications based on Business Unit Requests for the purpose of System Changes
As this position is to work remotely, the availability to travel to various RTX sites to support requirements gathering, solution testing, and deployment activities when required.
Qualifications You Must Have:
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Science, Engineering or related field with 8 years of relevant experience
At least 3 years of SAP ERP Materials Management /Procurement including:
Performing SAP ERP system IMG Configuration/Maintenance within the MM/Purchasing Module
Functional requirements gathering and testing of Software changes/enhancements
Preparation of Functional Requirements documents for developer guidance
Development of Procurement Training Materials for ERP Procurement processes
Knowledge of technical solution development process and system integration techniques to include process flow diagram preparation
Strong analytical and Technical troubleshooting skills
Qualifications We Prefer:
Familiarity with other SAP Solutions
SAP Fieldglass including ASAPIO & BTP
SAP Ariba
SAP Fiori/UI5
S4 HANA – Procurement Processes
Familiarity with SAP BW/BI Reporting
Familiarity with Agile Software methodology
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong team relationships with remote partners and customers.
Proficiency with MS Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
