The Otis World Headquarters Modernization team has a summer internship opportunity for those interested in gaining experience in which includes various programs and workstreams supporting the growth of our Modernization business in sales and marketing, manufacturing, operations, field installation and digital technology. Modernization is a critical focus-area at Otis and is our 5th strategic imperative. Modernization programs address repurposing existing elevator equipment, and/or replacing elevator equipment to make it like new. This internship offers practical, challenging, and meaningful global experiences to help drive important business results.

Specifically, the intern will be given assignments in support of the following initiatives:

· Supporting the Transformation and Acceleration team on various strategic initiatives

· Supporting development and deployment of key strategies, processes, standard work, governance, projects, supporting the global team and working with sites globally

This is a full-time, paid summer internship, typically ranging from 10-12 weeks. Throughout your internship, we provide continuous training and performance feedback to ensure you build the necessary skills to succeed. Additional career opportunities may be available upon conclusion of a successful internship, including potential placement into entry-level, professional roles within the organization.

Education / Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing a BS in Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business concentrations

· Proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment

· Excellent analytical and communication skills

· Flexible and adaptable

· Technical aptitude

· Project management capability

· Self-directed ability to work independently

· Interpersonal skills

Must-haves:

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Canva experience is a plus
