Job Summary:


The Product Delivery Analyst creates seamless handoffs of completed features from our internal scrum teams to our product operators and end users. The role monitors our production environments for successful operations and competitive execution from consumer, clinician, and other key stakeholder perspectives. The Product Delivery Analyst creates and socializes reporting to ensure platform SLAs and key metrics are met; then gathers, codifies, and implements interdepartmental process improvements that create an optimal product presence. This role offers content authors, marketers, and other website and app operators technical instructions and assistance on complex day-to-day work across content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and diagnostic platforms.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:


Support digital products
a. Work closely with Digital Product and Development teams to produce efficient, stress-free handoffs to platform operators and end-users
b. Provide technical coaching as a product expert to empower authors and platform users with the skills to succeed
c. Create technical documentation, educational content, and client deliverables
d. Collect specifications, rapidly organize, and perform content updates as necessary to streamline urgent work
Participate as a member of agile teams
a. Contribute to agile ceremonies
b. Coordinate with product managers, scrum masters, engineers, and QA analysts
c. Research and write feature success metrics in partnership with the product managers
d. Create and present reports and related dashboards that drive kaizen across squads
Support road mapping and strategy
a. Work with the product managers, scrum masters and division leadership to deliver outstanding roadmaps, product demos and roadshows
b. Maintain the Product teams internal SharePoint site and tooling to facilitate System-wide alignment and communication
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Minimum Education:


Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience Required

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):


All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

    Additional License(s) and Certification(s):

    Required Minimum Experience:


    minimum 3 years content operations for websites or apps using a CMS Required
    Experience managing build requirements of CRM campaigns, webpages, and conversion funnels Required
    Experience creating high-quality presentations, reports, dashboards, and clear and concise training materials/videos Required
    Proficient with HTML/CSS Required
    Experience with Google Analytics and DX measurement tools (e.g. FullStory, Optimizely) Required

    Required Minimum Skills:


    CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong service-oriented drive with a collaborative mentality
    Experience working in an agile team
    Experience using Sitecore
    Video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere)
