Role: Functional Consultant - Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central

Location: Remote- Permanent
Working Hours: 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST (aligning with EST hours till 4:30 PM)

About the Role:- We are looking for a talented Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Functional Consultant with over 10 years of experience to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

Requirements Gathering: Work with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs.
Solution Design: Design and configure Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Solutions that meet business requirements and optimize processes.
Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central, including module setup, data migration, and system testing.
Business Process Analysis: Analyses and map business processes to Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central functionality, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring they understand and effectively use the system.
System Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues as they arise.
Customization Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to define and manage customizations and enhancements to the Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central System.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation for functional specifications, configuration settings, and user manuals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new features and updates in Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central, advising clients on potential improvements and enhancements.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Requirements:-

Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central modules, including financial management, supply chain management, manufacturing, sales, and service.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, distribution, manufacturing, and customer service.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Project Experience: Proven experience managing and executing full-cycle Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central implementations.
