Job description

As our Senior Manager of Denials Mitigation, you will oversee the Denials Mitigation Managers and Process Improvement Engineers along with managing a portfolio of client engagements. Every day you will collaborate with customer partners, performance management, and service delivery to streamline and consolidate denials communication for all departments working on client initiatives. To thrive in this role, you must build strong relationships and generate positive client feedback on quality, value, delivery, and results.

 

Here’s what you will experience working as a (position title): 

  • Serve as people leader of up to 6 FTEs, responsible for training, coaching, and tracking performance.

  • Ensure that team is meeting KPIs and targets, providing support and prioritization guidance as needed.

  • Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence platforms to convey data insights.

  • Ensure standard and consistent approach is taken to all customers' denials reviews and deliverables. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years management experience leading a team.

  • Project management skills.

  • Advanced skills in reporting technologies (Power BI, Visio, Tableau, PowerPoint).

 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $93,150.00 - $142,283.86 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
