Job Title: Senior Director, Strategic Dermatology Partnerships & Congress Innovation
Location: Remote, US/Field
Readiness to travel: Up to 70% of the time.
Position Summary:
The Senior National Director of Strategic Dermatology Partnerships & Congress Innovation will lead and optimize Sanofi’s engagement with strategic groups, including large group accounts, private equity businesses, and key societies. This field-based role will elevate partnerships and collaboration within the Dermatology, APP, and biologic coordinator communities across all current and future Dermatology indications. The Director will actively engage key leadership at these organizations, building programs, initiatives, and investment strategies aligned with organizational and brand strategy. This position requires proactive leadership with medical meeting organizers, Key Opinion Leaders, cross-functional partners (including Alliance, Marketing, US Medical, Thought Leader Liaison, Sales Team), and logistics vendors to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence across the Dermatology HCP Engagement team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
- Establish and manage high-impact partnerships with key medical societies, professional organizations, private equity, and large group accounts.
- Regularly engage with strategic groups in the field to develop programs and initiatives to accelerate brand strategies and objectives.
- Evaluate and execute on partnership opportunities with organized groups including acquisition of data acquisition, member surveying, EMR integrations and educational opportunities.
- Cultivate partnerships and gain alignment with organized large group practices to improve patient care and access to Dupixent.
- Gather and analyze competitive insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance Sanofi’s market position in AD, CSU and PN.
Biologic Coordinator Community Engagement:
- Lead strategy and alignment to optimize the organization’s impact and partnership with the biologic coordinator community.
- Gather and disseminate key insights and feedback from bio-coordinator community to improve our cross functional support and approach to this group.
- Facilitate networking opportunities and interactive sessions specifically for the biologic coordinator community to enhance engagement and collaboration.
- Develop and implement educational programs and resources tailored to the needs of biologic coordinators.
- Partner with biologic coordinators to gather insights and feedback, using this information to refine strategies and improve support for the community.
- Enhance communication and collaboration between biologic coordinators and other healthcare professionals, including Dermatologists and Allergists.
Congress Innovation and Competitive Strategy:
- Build and grow strategic relationships with key Dermatology meeting organizations (i.e. Dermsquared) to optimize access, impact and innovation.
- Lead investments to elevate Dupixent’s presence and impact at national and regional congresses.
- Develop insights and lead the creation and execution of innovative programs and content to enhance attendee engagement and interaction.
- Partner with marketing, medical, and patient advocacy teams to align and innovate on booths and displays
- Design and deploy specific programs, events and engagement at Congresses, medical meetings and in the field to better understand competitive landscape and behaviors resulting in more effective Dupixent promotion.
- Lead executive engagements with KOLs to uncover actionable competitive insights. Lead the communication of insights to all key stakeholders
Pivotal Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in strategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on Marketing/HCP engagement, conference/congress strategy, execution, & measuring impact.
- Customer-facing Dermatology experience with a deep understanding of the current landscape.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team and across business functions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Senior Leaders.
- Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful business transformations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively on matrix teams. Experience in navigating and managing complex alliance partnerships.
- Prioritizes people development, promotes diversity and inclusion, and fosters innovation, transformation, and outside the box thinking.
- Working knowledge of the regulatory environment, Dermatology, or Biologic experience is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $202,500 - $270,000 USD Annually.
