Department Overview
The purpose of the Configuration Analyst role is to review the different options within any solution pack product and determine the best way to modify the software to meet user needs. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting, when necessary, of the product. Typically, the analyst works closely with the team of Implementation Consultants.

Job Description

Job Duties

  • Work with Implementation Consultants to configure Noggin software in accordance with project deliverables and user requirements, specifically user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot common and daily tasks and events as well as changes.

  • Write internal knowledge base and customer service materials.

  • Reproduce, test, resolve and document software bugs, defects, and problems.

  • Examine and evaluate current systems to identify needed updates or adjustments to the system.

  • Validate changes by testing configuration.

  • Train users on the new operation systems and provide support.

  • Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments.

  • Accurate time logging and tracking in accordance with specified billable target of 80%.


Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

  • 0-3 years in a software configuration role - recent graduates welcome

  • Experience with Atlassian Suite
