As a Software Test Engineer on the CSG Quote & Order Solutions team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our platform meets the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for creating test plans and test cases, executing both manual and automated tests, analyzing results, and contributing to continuous quality improvements. This role will engage in functional, non-functional, and integration (API) testing, using test automation tools, scripting languages, and defect management platforms.

Create structured test plans, test cases, and test strategies based on feature requirements.
Execute manual and automated tests for system functionality, integration (API), and non-functional scenarios.
Collaborate with applications and networking groups to support system upgrades and troubleshoot issues.
Plan test cycles, including timeline and resource allocation, and ensure smooth test execution.
Log defects using test and defect management tools and contribute to automation initiatives.
Compile test results and summaries, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
Contribute to CSG’s internal testing methodology by maintaining documentation on internal Wiki.
Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including customer-facing assistance.

We’re looking for someone with:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience in software testing.
Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and documentation.
Exposure to test automation tools, scripting basics, and defect tracking systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic PC applications.
A curious mindset and willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new tools or processes.
