Clinical Transformation Manager- eICU Virtual Care (US-Remote)

Job Description

The Clinical Transformation Manager (CTM) provides implementation services and post-activation program management services for the Philips eICU® Program at client sites, working collaboratively with the Philips Services & Solution Delivery Teams.  In the CTM role, you will be working with a highly passionate team, committed to changing the future of healthcare for critically ill patients.

Your role:

  • Ensures successful clinical adoption of Philips virtual care solutions. Participates in the development of new solutions (services and/or product functionality).
  • Configures or manages the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment. Identifies application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document and submit those according to standard processes.
  • Demonstrates, trains and explains functionality of Philips solutions. Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions. Ensures each customer continues to use all the features, functions, and tools associated with eCareManager that are appropriate to that client
  • Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutions. Provides training for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions.
  • Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure.

You're the right fit if:

  • 5+ years of recent Critical Care nursing experience and/or 3+ yrs Virtual Nursing experience. An advanced practice role in Nursing, Masters Degree, or equivalent experience a plus. BSN and an active RN license in home state required
  • 2+ years project/program management experience. Lean or Six Sigma certified a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in leading clinical teams or projects, developing and conducting formal presentations and/or clinical training, clinical consultant background with a focus on system/organizational initiatives
  • Understanding of workflow processes and development, clinical change management processes
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.  

How we work together 

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in AR, IA, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, OK, SC, TN, or WV is $83,000 to $133,000 per year.

The pay range for this position in AL, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, NH, NC, OH, PA, TX, VT, VA, or WI is $88,000 to $140,000 per year.

The pay range for this position in HI, MD, RI, or WA is $92,000 to $147,000 per year.

The pay range for this position in CT, DC, MA, NJ or NY is $98,000 to $ 157,000 per year.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here
