M-F 9am to 6pm California time (includes 1hr-unpaid break)

You’ll work with a state-provided list of potential clients, turning cold contacts into valuable business partnerships through your persuasive communication skills and persistent follow-through. Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to licensed cannabis retailers throughout California using a comprehensive state-provided list
  • Establish positive first impressions with potential new accounts, creating openings for business relationships
  • Engage decision-makers with compelling value propositions that highlight our client’s unique product offerings
  • Navigate conversations skillfully to generate genuine interest and overcome initial hesitations
  • Address questions and objections confidently with product knowledge and industry insights
  • Identify qualified prospects and move them effectively through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain detailed records of all communications and follow-up requirements
  • Collaborate with the existing sales team to ensure smooth handoffs when appropriate
  • Potentially manage inbound inquiries as the role evolves
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic goal of significantly expanding their retail presence
