This is a remote position.

Preferred Work Schedule:
  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.

  • The preferred candidate will be located in the India through to New Zealand time zones.

  • Must be available to work during standard business hours in this time zone to facilitate team collaboration and meet deadlines.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Copywriter to craft Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) for our business clients. This role requires the ability to distill complex business information into clear, compelling, and professional documents that effectively communicate key details to potential investors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our team to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to company standards while maintaining a high level of clarity and engagement in their writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, and edit Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) that present business and financial data in a clear, structured, and persuasive manner.

  • Translate complex business concepts, financial statements, and operational details into easy-to-understand language for a professional audience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including analysts, executives, and legal advisors, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.

  • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and format across all documents while adhering to company guidelines.

  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks to eliminate errors and enhance readability.

  • Stay updated on best practices in business writing and financial communication.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in copywriting, with a focus on business communication, such as board reports, executive summaries, investor presentations, or similar documents.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of grammar, style, and professional tone.

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex business and financial data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.

  • Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written materials.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

  • Previous experience in creating Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) or similar financial documents is highly advantageous.
