Position Overview:
The Care Academy Training Coordinator is responsible for managing caregiver training and certification through Care Academy. This role oversees onboarding, tracks training progress, ensures compliance, and provides technical support to trainees and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Trainee Enrollment & Course Management:
● Collect and verify trainee information.
● Register new trainees in Care Academy and provide login credentials.
● Assign courses based on job roles and certification requirements.
● Monitor trainee progress and generate reports for internal tracking.
Caregiver Information Management (Caryfy.ai):
● Access Caryfy.ai to review caregiver training status and certifications.
● Use search filters to locate specific caregiver records.
Training Progress Tracking:
● Maintain an updated training tracker for enrolled caregivers.
● Monitor certifications and renewal deadlines.
● Coordinate with HR and supervisors on training completion.
Training Sessions & Assessments:
● Schedule and host web-based training sessions.
● Administer assessments using SignNow.
● Collect and upload training records and certificates for compliance.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
● Provide Care Academy walkthroughs and platform guidance.
● Assist trainees with common technical issues.
● Guide users on accessing Care Academy’s chat support.
● Report recurring issues to improve the training experience.
