Responsibilities
Connect with potential property sellers through outbound calling campaigns using provided prospect lists
Engage prospects with compelling conversations following proven scripts that have demonstrated success
Schedule property appraisal appointments between qualified prospects and real estate agents
Maintain detailed records of all call outcomes and conversations in the company’s systems
Execute timely follow-up communications to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities
Handle administrative tasks related to the appointment setting process with attention to detail
Collaborate with the real estate team to refine approaches and improve conversion rates
Adapt communication style to different prospect personalities while maintaining professional standards
Track personal performance metrics and continuously work to improve results
Requirements
Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting (real estate industry experience is a must)
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Resilient, positive attitude with the determination to succeed in a results-driven environment
Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow and adapting to different scenarios
Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the discipline to work effectively in a remote setting
Experience with phone dialer systems (familiarity with JustCall.io would be advantageous)
Basic computer proficiency including data entry and email communication
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Comfortable working with performance-based incentives and commission structures
