Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Philadelphia, PA), with a 1-hour unpaid break.
Number of working hours per week: 35-40 hours

Be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating valuable leads and identifying opportunities. Work with a supportive team, develop your sales skills, and build relationships with property owners and investors. With provided scripts and call lists, plus room to showcase your personality, every call you make contributes to the company’s success.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided scripts and targeted phone lists
  • Identify and qualify promising leads by engaging property owners in meaningful conversations about their real estate needs
  • Maintain meticulous records by entering and updating lead information in the company’s CRM system (KVCore/BoldTrail)
  • Build relationships with potential clients through effective follow-up communication
  • Track your performance metrics to continuously improve your approach and results
  • Collaborate with the real estate agent team to understand market trends and refine pitching strategies
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by consistently generating quality leads that convert to business opportunities

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Experience with or enthusiasm to learn KVCore or BoldTrail CRM systems
  • Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining an authentic and engaging conversation style
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Resilient and positive attitude with the determination to succeed in a results-driven environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
  • Interest in real estate or sales, with a desire to grow in a dynamic industry
  • Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales is beneficial but not required for candidates with the right attitude and aptitude
