Key responsabilities:

  • Provide remote service and support for BroadSoft Hosted voice services and Allbridge Hosted BluIP voice customers.
  • Troubleshoot PBX systems and related applications, ensuring proper functioning and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage service cases in progress and communicate resolution status to customers.
  • Maintain records of work completed in Salesforce CRM and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

Job Summary 

Provide remote service and support to BroadSoft Hosted voice services, and Allbridge Hosted BluIP voice customers including troubleshooting PBX systems on cloud hosted solutions and their related applications such as ACD, Voice Mail, MIS reporting, call accounting, application servers and all other peripherally attached equipment to the customers voices communications environment. Create electronic data backup to prevent loss of information. Develop specifications for computer network operation. Test computer system operations to ensure proper functioning. Manage list of service cases in progress from the Allbridge Hosted service queue. Communicate the status of the resolution of cases on to customers as needed. Provide a high-level of customer satisfaction and strive for fast case resolution within three days of case creation. Maintain a clear, concise record of work completed in Salesforce CRM. Communicate with Allbridge peers and management as needed to escalate unresolved issues.

 

Required Qualifications 
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, electronic engineering (or related) and twelve (12) months of experience as Technical support engineer, network solutions engineer (or related) OR thirty-six months of experience. 
  • Must have experience with BroadSoft, Polycom, SNOM, Vtech, AEI, Bittel, Panasonic, Yealink, Adtran routers. Can telecommute from any location within the U.S.
