Office Location: Remote within North Carolina.

What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for Vice President of Operations. The Vice President (VP) of Operations directs, monitors, and contributes to the short and long-term priorities of the organization. The VP will oversee and direct several of Trillium’s core programs. An ideal candidate will knowledge of national and state trends in the ethical provision of quality assessment and treatment services to drive Trillium toward short and long-term sustainable improvement of the health for members covered by Trillium. On a typical day, you might:

  • Oversight of several major workstreams including Member Services, IDD policy and DJJ/DSS engagement.
     
  • Provide supervision and support to Member Services Director and team related to Behavioral Health Crisis Line, Member Services Lines, and Provider Support Service Line. 
     
  • Oversee the development & implementation of new programs and initiatives to address needs of BH/MH I/DD/TBI populations internally and externally. Collaborates with other staff to ensure successful program design, execution, reporting, and sustainability. 
     
  • Work collaboratively to ensure external messaging and staff and provider training and orientation is aligned to meet Trillium’s objectives related to addressing member needs and developing innovative member solutions for Trillium members, the Trillium coverage area, and key stakeholders. 
     
  • Responsible for assisting the Chief Operating Officer in the ongoing development and implementation of Trillium’s strategic plan, including leadership in the area of member services.
     
  • Assure project management plans are delivered in the most effective manner with a focus on optimal quality outcomes through development of community resources.

Qualifications: 

Education/Experience:
 Master’s in Human Resources, Business, Health or similar discipline and three (3) years of combined experience in the BH/MH/SU/DD field with extensive knowledge of each disability group, of which at least two (2) years include supervisory experience.

Preferred Experience: 
 
Four (4) years of experience in operations or management experience in a managed care plan.
 Four (4) years of development experience specific to MH/DD/SA populations for integrated care, and recovery oriented systems of care.

License/Certification: 
 Must have a valid driver’s license

Preferred License/Certification: 
 
Fully licensed in the State of North Carolina as a LCMHC, LCSW, RN, or LPA is preferred.

Location:
Remote within North Carolina.
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status.
