Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for Vice President of Operations. The Vice President (VP) of Operations directs, monitors, and contributes to the short and long-term priorities of the organization. The VP will oversee and direct several of Trillium’s core programs. An ideal candidate will knowledge of national and state trends in the ethical provision of quality assessment and treatment services to drive Trillium toward short and long-term sustainable improvement of the health for members covered by Trillium. Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Master’s in Human Resources, Business, Health or similar discipline and three (3) years of combined experience in the BH/MH/SU/DD field with extensive knowledge of each disability group, of which at least two (2) years include supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience:
Four (4) years of experience in operations or management experience in a managed care plan.
Four (4) years of development experience specific to MH/DD/SA populations for integrated care, and recovery oriented systems of care.
License/Certification:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Preferred License/Certification:
Fully licensed in the State of North Carolina as a LCMHC, LCSW, RN, or LPA is preferred.
Location:
Remote within North Carolina.
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status.
