The Data Entry Clerk role is an integral part of Credit Saint’s rapidly growing and fast-paced team. The main function of this role is to work in tandem with the challenges department to send out disputes to the different credit bureaus on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Review reports generated from clients' account page
  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Verify data for discrepancies or errors by comparing it to source documents, correct any incompatibilities if necessary, and check the output.
  • Print reports and proof of identity documents.
  • Fax reports and proof of identity documents to appropriate vendors.
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
  • Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an environment requiring regular use of a computer.
  • Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and printers.
  • Ability to work in an environment where tasks must be completed with high quality and reliability.
  • Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Excellent organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
