Description

Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

Inter-State Studio is a family-owned school photography and yearbook company that has been successfully serving schools for 90 years. By listening to the needs of our customers and utilizing the latest technologies, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality school portraits and yearbooks with affordable pricing and excellent service.  

About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships. You will collaborate with National Sales Executives and Territory Managers, schedule appointments, and ensure all interactions are meticulously documented in our CRM system. Additionally, you will handle customer service tasks and proactively address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

This position is fully remote in the United States.


What You’ll Do:

  • Attain weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals by completing 50 calls per day (250 per week).  
  • Communicate effectively with potential customers, National Sales Executives, and Territory Managers.  
  • Schedule appointments for National Sales Executives in assigned territories.  
  • Collect relevant data and enter detailed notes for each contact in our CRM system (Hubspot).  
  • Update customer information accurately within our CRM system.  
  • Review feedback from your Supervisor and adjust your approach accordingly.  
  • Develop a basic understanding of Inter-State Studio Inc. products, promotions, and processes
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check
  • Previous customer service experience


Abilities and Skills:

  • Computer Proficiency: Skilled in Spreadsheets, Google Suite, and other basic computer tools.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, CRM updates, and maintaining customer information.

  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal, written, and nonverbal communication for customer interactions, and liaising with National Sales Executives and Territory Managers.

  • Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedule appointments, and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

  • Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills: Building relationships with customers and supporting the sales team, ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment.

  • Self-Motivation and Enthusiasm: High level of energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to self-manage and motivate.
