Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment booking targets. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage leads over the phone. Experience with CRM management, specifically using GoHighLevel is a preference. Familiarity with best practices in follow-ups and lead lifecycle tracking. Excellent organizational and scheduling skills with proficiency in calendar management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Core responsibilities:

Call and engage with leads from the company database to determine interest and suitability. Qualify prospects using a structured set of questions and criteria. Schedule appointments with the appropriate team members based on lead needs. Manage and update lead information in the GoHighLevel CRM platform. Follow up consistently with leads using best practices for nurturing and conversion. Track and monitor the lead lifecycle to ensure timely and accurate status updates. Collaborate with the sales and support teams to refine and improve appointment setting strategies.
