Min 2.5 years Proven Experience in real estate lead generation, wholesaling, cold calling, or sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Core responsibilities:

Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to potential sellers. Identify distressed property owners who may be interested in selling their homes. Use scripts and conversation techniques to qualify leads based on motivation, condition of the property, and pricing expectations. Build rapport with property owners and handle objections effectively. Gather key property details such as the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, repairs needed, and ownership status. Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system. Provide daily reports that include: Number of calls, conversations, addresses of potential properties, seller responses, and property details Schedule follow-up calls with potential sellers to nurture leads.
