Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a real estate investment company specializing in vacant land acquisitions. Their team is growing, and they are looking for a skilled professional to help drive lead generation through strategic cold calling.

Position Overview:

The Real Estate Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist plays a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential sellers of vacant land. As the first point of contact, you will establish relationships with landowners, gather property details, and ensure only well-qualified leads move forward. You will also support data tracking and reporting to help optimize the cold calling process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads by making outbound calls to vacant landowner.
  • Gather and document key property details in the CRM system.
  • Schedule follow-up calls with the acquisition team.
  • Generate weekly performance reports to track key metrics.
  • Participate in training and team meetings.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role
  • Strong spoken English with minimal accent to communicate effectively with US-based clients
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Proficiency with dialer software (Readymode experience a plus)
  • High energy with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with experience using a CRM system
  • Availability to work 9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday - Friday


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Follow Up Boss (CRM).
  • Familiarity with Readymode dialer software.
  • Background in real estate, specifically vacant land acquisitions.
  • Experience evaluating land and using land assessment tools like Land.Id.
