About the Role:

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that will enhance brand recognition and drive sales growth in international markets. Your role will include managing a team, conducting market analysis, building the brand's image, and collaborating with key business partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing long-term marketing goals and strategies to achieve them.
  • Managing the marketing team, including recruitment and building the team from scratch.
  • Leading SEO, SEM, Social Media activities, advertising campaigns, and PR initiatives.
  • Building the brand image and fostering customer relationships.
  • Supporting the development of new products and services through market needs analysis.
  • Managing the marketing budget and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Creating pricing strategies to support sales goals.
  • Driving brand promotion efforts in the U.S. market.
What We Expect from You:
  • At least 4 years as a Marketing Director in a globally operating e-commerce company.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a specialist (e.g., SEO, advertising, copywriting).
  • Strong experience in B2C marketing for high-sales segments (e.g., tickets, fashion, auto parts, jewelry).
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Stron experience in performance marketing
  • Expertise in Google SEO and developing multilingual websites with thousands of links.
  • Experience promoting websites with over 1 million monthly visits.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads, social media advertising, influencer marketing, and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Gmail, and Google Drive.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Strong communication skills and inspiring, motivational leadership.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a documented ability to deliver measurable ROI.
