About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Consultant and Design Specialist (Spanish & English), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our global customer base. You'll be the primary point of contact for many of our users, providing expert support and guidance to help them leverage our design tools and services effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your language proficiency with your passion for design to create a positive and impactful customer experience.


What you’ll do:

  • Handling inbound emails, calls and chat regarding our products and services.

  • Participate in sales activities to up-sell / cross-sell printing customers to other products and services.

  • Help improve the client's products and services by identifying improvement opportunities from feedback that you’ve received from clients.

  • Work on required revisions from customers where necessary in order to ensure they are satisfied with the product.

  • Help Premium Customers to make sure they are aware of all the tools available in their Premium Account.

  • Help onboard new Premium Customers to ensure they know how to use our Design Maker tools and features.
