You will have an impact on:

  • Support job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication

  • Help source and screen candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms

  • Assist with employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media, events)

  • Keep our ATS (Recruitee) tidy and updated

  • Be part of improving the candidate experience end-to-end

  • Support team-wide recruiting projects and process improvements.
