Senior Adviser Agile and Scrum

We are seeking a seasoned and proficient Agile and Scrum Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Senior Advisor to join our team. As an Agile & Scrum SME, you will be the authoritative figure on these approaches, providing expert guidance to project teams and stakeholders. Your comprehensive knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful evolution of the PeopleCert PRINCE2 agile related products. 

Responsibilities: 

PRINCE2 & Scrum Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Agile and Scrum methods, their principles, processes, and practices. Apply your expertise with project and product teams to effectively update and promote our certification products. 

 New Product GTM (Go-To-Market) Support  

• Provide subject matter expert support for webinars and speaking events with external stakeholders and communities initiated by the Product Marketing or PeopleCert Membership teams 

• Represent PeopleCert at European events, acting as a spokesperson and networking with key stakeholders (ad hoc, as required). 

• Review content created by third parties from a subject matter expert perspective to ensure coherence with the company's positioning of PeopleCert's new agile product   

Content Development for the Membership platform  

• Support the development of a toolkit concept, including worked examples of artifacts and other digital content as required  

• Assist in the development of a practice guide for the new product  

Internal Expert Advice on Agile Techniques and Approaches  

• Provide guidance and insight on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and other best practices  

• Support PRINCE2 Product architects in Agile-related Business-As-Usual (BAU) work  

• Provide subject matter assistance in repurposing PeopleCert Scrum courseware for other usage.  

What we look for: 

• 5+ years’ relevant experience working with agile methods in a training or consultancy role, leading and advising on projects with a blended approach.  

• Agile Project Management Expertise: Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and best practices. Familiarity with other Agile frameworks will be advantageous.  

• Understanding of the PRINCE2 ecosystem and competition landscape  

• Communication and Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities, enabling you to effectively communicate complex concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.  

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling you to identify challenges and provide practical solutions aligned with PRINCE2 and other methodologies such as Scrum methodologies.  

• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
• Native or excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification is required, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) 
• Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable
