Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish) and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • No prior experience necessary, though a background in customer service is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece.
  • A genuine interest in online payment solutions and financial technologies.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
